The theory behind this idea is that by proactively sending special ships up to the North Pole that they refrigerate the ocean and replenish the ice cap. The logic of the idea is that the newly formed ice will reflect more of the sun’s rays back into space and hence reduce global warming. There are so many problems with this idea, where do you begin!
